Jet Investment, an investment and fund management company with almost 30 years of experience in the private equity and real estate market in Central and Eastern Europe, has acquired a strategic warehouse property in Poland. The property, named Jet Industrial Park Gdańsk, will operate on an area of 15.2 hectares. The value of the investment is €50 million, which illustrates Jet Investment’s commitment to the Polish warehouse sector. Construction is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2026.

Jet Industrial Park Gdańsk will be built in Będzieszyn, located 15 kilometers south of the center of Gdańsk, on the S6 national route. Two warehouse buildings with a total area of 65,821 m² (49,169 m² and 16,652 m²) will be built on an area of 15.2 hectares.

The storage height in the building will be 12 meters, which will allow for effective space management and optimization of warehouse processes. This layout will contribute to increased operational efficiency.

Jan Kos, Director of Real Estate Acquisition at Jet Investment, commented on the transaction:

“The transaction near Gdańsk, in an irreplaceable area in the logistics chain of Central and Eastern Europe, is our seventh strategic investment in Poland. We are convinced of the sustainable, high growth fundamentals of the industrial real estate sector in the country and are therefore committed to providing state-of-the-art logistics facilities at an institutional level. We are striving to obtain the highest possible BREEAM certification for the facility, and we are aligning its long-term operational efficiency and ESG compliance with the rigorous requirements of our capital market partners”.

The Tri-City is one of the most important regional logistics markets in Poland. Gdańsk, a coastal metropolis which, together with Sopot, Gdynia, and neighboring towns, forms an agglomeration, offers favorable conditions for the development of business on European markets.

The facility will offer excellent logistics capabilities. Thanks to its strategic location, it will provide easy access to key transport routes, which will significantly facilitate the transport and distribution of goods. This location is also an important hub in the European logistics network due to its proximity to the Port of Gdańsk, which remains the leading container port in the Baltic Sea. It also outperforms European ports in other regions of the continent, including Amsterdam, Marseille, and Barcelona. The Port of Gdańsk is developing dynamically. Part of it – located in the deep-water section of the Baltic Hub port – stands out as the dominant container terminal in the Baltic Sea.

Its ongoing expansion (terminal T3) will further strengthen the region’s status as a key gateway and proven alternative to North Sea ports. According to forecasts, after the expansion of the Baltic Hub, its transshipment capacity will increase by 3 million TEU1 to 4.5 million TEU per year2. The Port of Gdańsk is the only Baltic port that offers direct transoceanic connections with Asia, including China. Apart from Europe (the United Kingdom, Germany, Scandinavia, the Netherlands, Belgium, Latvia, and Estonia), the regular destinations for goods leaving Gdańsk are Asia (Korea, Singapore, and Vietnam) and Central and South America2. From Asia’s perspective, it is a maritime gateway to the markets of Central and Eastern Europe – the most dynamically developing part of the European Union.

The short distance between Jet Industrial Park Gdańsk and the Tri-City is an advantage for both institutional tenants and residents of the region. It provides access to a large pool of personnel qualified in logistics, production, and value-added services, which is a key factor for companies considering this location. Jet Industrial Park Gdańsk will create new jobs, contributing to the development of the economy throughout the region and increasing the attractiveness of the Pomeranian labor market.

The project obtained a building permit. Construction is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2026. The investment will create modern Class A warehouse space that meets the highest standards and market needs.

Sharow Asset Management Ltd. has been appointed as the project’s leasing consultant.
